Valerie Rae Brown
Founder, Director of Dubai Operations
Culinary Diplomat | Happiness Curator | Entrepreneur
Valerie Brown is an entrepreneur, speaker, and creative visionary based in Dubai, where she leads Ebullient Impact’s global initiatives. A former Senior Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Valerie served across London, Shanghai, Mexico City, Dubai, and Taiwan, advancing diplomacy through food, culture, and trade. She coordinated the first U.S. Pavilion at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, showcasing American innovation on a world stage.
As the creator of the FAS Foreign Service Fellowship Program, she opened pathways for the next generation of international leaders. Her acclaimed TED Talk, “Trust the Procrastinator,” showcases her ability to blend humor, storytelling, and life lessons into transformative insights that inspire audiences around the world. A natural storyteller and connector, Valerie is the creative force behind the My Food Story Project, an international culinary diplomacy initiative that celebrates food as a universal language of love, culture, and connection. What began as a 551-page coffee-table cookbook evolved into a global movement linking chefs, home cooks, and students across continents. Valerie’s writing has appeared in numerous publications, and her projects, The Ebullient Woman and Valerie with the Big Hair Eats the World, celebrate humor, resilience, and reinvention.
A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with degrees in Business and Agricultural Economics, her journey is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Valerie is also a devoted mother of five and a lifelong advocate for mentorship, creativity, and impact with purpose.

Nikki Jackson is a global business strategist and marketing leader who brings entrepreneurial grit and diplomatic vision to her role as Partner and Director of U.S. Operations for Ebullient Impact LLC. Based in Texas, she drives U.S. strategy and partnerships, bridging public and private sectors to advance social impact and economic opportunity across agriculture, energy, and food industries.
A connector and storyteller at heart, Nikki leads high-profile initiatives like the Flavor Fusion Culinary Showdown, a global platform blending food diplomacy, trade development, and cultural exchange. Her ability to unite government, brands, and producers has positioned Ebullient Impact as a leader in purpose-driven collaboration.
With a Master’s in Agriculture from Tarleton State University, Nikki’s career spans continents and industries, from international marketing for the Texas Department of Agriculture, to global business development in the energy sector. Her humanitarian and research work in Iraq and Ethiopia helped establish partnerships and programs focused on sustainable food and water systems.
Originally from Tempe, Arizona, Nikki’s early years as a competitive synchronized swimmer and collegiate rodeo athlete shaped her relentless discipline and collaborative leadership style. Today, she continues to champion authenticity, resilience, and impact proving that bold vision can transcend borders and industries.
